Custom-made timber roof lanterns
Our made to measure wooden roof lanterns grace many homes across East Sussex. Previously the preserve of only the grandest houses, roof lanterns are seeing a resurgence as many homeowners seek to bring in natural light.
Our roof lanterns can be made to nearly any size or height to suit all room requirements. The internal woodwork will be combined with an aluminium exterior to ensure it’s both beautiful and hardwearing.

Quality timber and construction
We predominantly use Accoya in constructing our roof lanterns, as it’s an exceptionally hardwearing timber with minimal risk of twisting or moving in the heat, so your roof lantern should last for decades. We can also construct them in alternative timbers such as Red Grandis, Sepele and Utile.
Our wooden roof lanterns can be “direct glazed”, meaning that the windows can’t be opened, or we can make them with opening lights if you prefer.
The external parts of the roof lantern are aluminium, to protect the wood and provide you with decades of enjoyment. The exterior aluminium and internal wood can both be painted to any colour you wish, so can suit both traditional and contemporary homes.
