Pas24:2016 – Project based in Lewes, East Sussex

We were approached to replace the windows in this property based in Lewes, East Sussex. Security and thermal efficiency was the main objectives for our client. Our Thermotec Flush Casement Window was the obvious choice, The Pas24:2016 security rating meant that the window was more than up to the standard required and the 24mm double glazed units were achieving an average of 1.1 u-value.

A Farrow and Ball (Lamp room Gray no.2) colour match was applied as per the customers request. The spray finish supplied by Sikkens provides a high durable finish. We were able to reduce the sheen factor in the paint to the customers requirement to be nearer a matte finish rather than gloss.

As you will see from many of the pictures none of the windows were of a standard opening size, we were able to produce bespoke sizes windows to suit each opening window. no one window was the same as another.

This was a supply and install project for us with our fitters being on site from start to finish completing the job to the high standards expected by the customer. This included some minor Lead detail replacement.
